Belgian Shepherd Dog Description
The Belgian Shepherd Dog is a medium sized, muscular sheepdog with a long tapering muzzle. They have triangular shaped, small ears that stand erect. They are a lightly boned breed of dog with a long and dense coat. The underside of the coat is feathered as are the legs and tail with the tail generally being carried low. They have a ‘ruff’ around their necks. Colours available are fawn and black, black as a solid colour and grey.Belgian Shepherd Dog Character
Belgian Shepherds are exceptionally affectionate dogs, especially to their family. They enjoy joining in with any activity from gardening to washing the car! They have a high protective streak which makes them a good watchdog; also they are very intelligent and highly active. Belgian Shepherds require lots of physical exercise and mental stimulation if they are to be truly happy.Please note: This is only a guide.
