Bernese Mountain Dog Description
Bernese Mountain Dogs are a large, powerfully built breed of dog. They have a broad head and a deep chest. Their ears are triangular shaped and pendent and their tail is long and bushy. They have a beautiful silky, flowing coat. The breed is mainly black with a white muzzle, chest, paws and tip of the tail. The Bernese Mountain Dog is an especially well natured breed that adores being involved with all aspects of family life. They are very affectionate and also extremely patient making them wonderful with children. The best time to train a Bernese Mountain Dog is whilst the dog is still young and receptive otherwise it could result in a big, clown of a dog thinking that it can do exactly as it pleases.Please note: This is only a guide.
