Dogue de Bordeaux Description
The Dogue de Bordeaux is a fairly short, stocky Mastiff dog with an exceptionally large head. Their lower jaw is undershot and the ears pendent styled. The tail is long and tapering. Their coat is short and occurs in shades of brown with a black or red 'mask.' They often have white on their paws and chests.Dogue de Bordeaux Character
This breed bonds very closely to its family and because of this fact they are not good at being left for long periods of time. They make excellent watchdogs and will protect their family well, they love children. They are not a breed recommended for the novice owner.Please note: This is only a guide.
